Can you look after something you did not build?
Often, yes. We start with a short technical review so we understand what we are taking on, then recommend a plan.
What if we need more work than the plan covers?
Extra work is quoted before it starts, or you can move to a larger plan. Unused hours are not a way to surprise you with a bill.
Is there a minimum term?
Care plans run month to month. The dedicated-capacity Product Partner plan has a three-month minimum, because that work needs continuity.
