Privacy Policy

We collect as little personal data as we can, we tell you plainly what we do with it, and we do not sell it.

Who we are

This website is operated by DYNOSURD TECHNOLOGIES (CAC Business Name No. 3826205), 4 Are Street, Banjoko Avenue, Igbogbo Baiyeku, Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question, email info@dynosurd.com.

What we collect, and why

  • Enquiries you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, organisation, the type of project, an optional budget range and your message. We use these to reply to you and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
  • Limited technical data with form submissions. To protect the form from spam and abuse we record a one-way hashed version of your IP address, your browser type and your approximate country. We cannot turn the hash back into your IP address.
  • Anonymous usage statistics. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across websites. They tell us which pages are visited and how the site performs, in aggregate.

We do not use advertising trackers, and this website does not set cookies.

Our lawful basis

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 we rely on your consent when you choose to send us an enquiry, on the steps needed to enter into a contract with you when you ask for a proposal, and on our legitimate interests in keeping this website secure and understanding how it is used.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts the website, stores enquiries, routes email and provides analytics.
  • Our email provider, which delivers enquiries to our inbox.

These providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards permitted by the Nigeria Data Protection Act for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can continue a conversation you started. If you become a client, records are kept for as long as the law and our contract with you require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and credentials are never stored in our code. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply the same standards here that we build for our clients.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, email info@dynosurd.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear on the website.
